Q: Do you accept sample order?
A: Yes, sample order is acceptable.

Q: Can I get everything customized here?
A: Definitely yes; just kindly advise us with your instructions and we will get the job done according to your requirements.

Q: Do you have warranty for products?
A: Yes, our QC team will check the details of all products before delivery. 

Q: What are your terms of packing?

A: We pack our goods in poly bags and cartons. If you have other requests, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. 

Q: What are your terms of payment? 
A: T/T 60% as advance payment, and 40% before delivery for bulk orders, 100% advance for normal order size. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, C&F, DDP, DDU etc. 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Bank transfer (recommended), L/C, Debit/Credit Cards, Ria, Westerns Union, Money gram, PayPal etc.

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: It will take 15 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends no the items and the quantity of your order.
