  Lalaaji Netherlands B.V. uses third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to help run our platform. This page lists the subprocessors that may process personal data on our behalf.   Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  Purpose: Cloud hosting, file storage (S3), and infrastructure services.

  Data processed: All platform data, uploaded files, and product images.

  Redis Labs
  Purpose: Caching and real-time data processing (WebSocket connections).
  Location: EU.
  Data processed: Session data, real-time messaging data.

  Messy
  Purpose: Multi-channel messaging (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications).
  Location: EU.
  Data processed: Email addresses, phone numbers, notification content, device tokens.

• IV. Payments

  Mollie
  Purpose: Payment processing and transaction management.
  Location: Netherlands.
  Data processed: Transaction amounts, payment method details, order references.

• V. Analytics & Monitoring

  PostHog
  Purpose: Product analytics, session recording, and feature flagging.
  Location: US (PostHog Cloud, us.posthog.com).
  Data processed: Anonymised usage events, page views, device and browser metadata.

  Google Tag Manager
  Purpose: Tag management and analytics orchestration.
  Location: EU/US (Google Cloud).
  Data processed: Page views, click events, device and browser metadata.

• VI. Advertising & Social

  Meta (Facebook)
  Purpose: Domain verification and advertising attribution.
  Location: US.
  Data processed: Page views, conversion events (when marketing cookies are accepted).

• VII. Changes to This List

  We update this list when we add or remove subprocessors. Material changes are communicated in accordance with our data processing agreements and Privacy Policy. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
