Factory ERP

One scan per bundle, per operation

No RFID, no gateways, no cabling. A QR sticker on every bundle and the Android phone your supervisor already carries. Scan at each operation and the factory becomes visible: who did what, where the work is stuck, and what each operator has earned.

The line board: efficiency, hourly output and the bottleneck operation

How it works

Four steps, all day

1 · Cut and bundleLabels print with the lay.

Cutting generates the bundles from the lay plan, each with a QR carrying style, colour, size, quantity, lay and dye lot.

2 · Scan at the operationPoint and confirm.

The phone reads the QR, shows what the operator is holding, and takes one number: pieces done. No typing, no codes to remember.

3 · Watch the lineHourly, not daily.

Output, efficiency and WIP per operation update as scans arrive. The operation holding the most work is coloured red — that is your bottleneck.

4 · Pay from the scansNo chits to count.

Piece-rate wages come straight out of the standard minutes earned, with the skill multiplier applied and the minimum wage guaranteed.

When the wifi drops

Nothing waits for the network

Every scan is written to the phone first. The counter on screen says how many are still waiting, so an operator can see their work is safe before they walk away.

Queued on the deviceInstantly, always.

Recording a scan never touches the network. The queue survives the app being killed and the phone being restarted.

Pushed when signal returnsBy itself.

The backlog goes up the moment the phone reconnects. Nobody has to remember to sync.

A retry never double-countsEver.

Each scan carries a key generated on the device. Replaying the queue after a failed push adds nothing, so a bad connection can never inflate a day's output.

The device clock is the truthFor when work happened.

A scan taken at 9am and synced at 4pm is still recorded at 9am, so the hourly curve is real.

Quality

Defects you can trace to an operation

End-line check is a grid of buttons. Tap the defect, the count goes up, DHU is on screen before you save. Every defect keeps the operation and the operator with it, so the Pareto tells you what to fix rather than just how bad it was.

DHU by line and operation, with the defect Pareto

Your supervisor already has the hardware.

Every operator can be on it, because there is no per-user charge and no reader to buy.
